Your signed Engagement Letter will be sent separately via email for your records. By completing this form you are authorizing Knock Down Accounting to access your QuickBooks Online account and perform bookkeeping services as outlined in your selected plan.

Acknowledgments

I authorize Knock Down Accounting to access my QuickBooks Online account as an accounting firm user for the purpose of bookkeeping and financial reporting. I understand that my sensitive information (EIN, SSN if provided) is collected solely for bookkeeping purposes and will be stored securely and never shared with third parties without my consent. I have read and agree to the terms outlined in the Knock Down Accounting Engagement Letter, a signed copy of which will be sent to my email on file. I understand that monthly invoices will be charged on the 1st of each month and that 30 days written notice is required to cancel services.
